State Street Commons

This redevelopment project by C2 Building Group involved the full transformation of a former antique mall warehouse. The existing structure was largely demolished, leaving only a few original columns, and a brand-new building was constructed to accommodate high-profile tenants including Warner Bros, Nick’s, Lofty Coffee, and Pacific Sotheby’s.

The project required installation of all new utilities through the public right of way and incorporated a distinctive mix of architectural finishes and structural systems. Despite its complexity, the project was completed in just seven and a half months. In addition to the core and shell, C2 completed the tenant improvement (TI) for Warner Bros and is currently building out an additional space for Pacific Sotheby’s. This project highlights C2 Building Group’s ability to deliver fast-paced, high-quality redevelopment work tailored for premier commercial tenants.
