C2 Building Group converted a retail shell adjacent to Gallagher Square and Petco Park into a high-end creative office space, complete with the addition of a structural mezzanine over a podium parking deck. The project features exposed steel, rich wood finishes, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a roll-up door, and premium custom millwork—bringing a raw yet refined aesthetic to the downtown space.

Working within a mixed-use environment, C2 navigated the unique challenge of building directly beneath residential units and beside active retail tenants. Special logistical planning and neighbor coordination were critical to minimizing disruptions and maintaining access throughout the project duration.
