
QDOBA
Located on the 4th floor of an occupied multi-tenant building, this comprehensive tenant improvement project featured open office space, private offices, conference rooms, marketing specialty rooms, break areas, and a 1,300 SF test-fit kitchen facility. The kitchen buildout required substantial infrastructure upgrades, including a new gas service to the building, installation of a grease interceptor, and new mechanical equipment. As the kitchen equipment was tenant-supplied and installed, the project demanded close coordination between vendors and trades.
C2 Building Group showcased its expertise in navigating complex site logistics and minimizing disruption to neighboring tenants. With limited service elevator access, large materials and equipment were craned through a temporary opening in the perimeter glazing—demonstrating innovative problem-solving and adaptability. This project stands as a testament to C2’s ability to execute technically demanding work in dynamic, high-traffic environments while delivering high-quality, functional spaces tailored to client needs.
