This high-end, niche coffee brand—originally founded in North County San Diego—expanded to Sorrento Valley with a stunning second location situated directly across from The Craft Taco. The design thoughtfully integrates a peekaboo window from the ordering area, offering guests a glimpse into the heart of the café: a custom coffee roasting room. This build required significant infrastructure upgrades, including a full power upgrade and new gas service installation, to support the demands of an in-house roasting operation.
