This 30,000 SF lab and vivarium project for Crown Bioscience was delivered through a design-build approach, tailored to meet the client’s highly specialized research and containment requirements. The scope included complete installation of new mechanical systems to support precise pressurization and isolation, new electrical systems with back-up generator integration, and fully upgraded plumbing systems including compressed air, CO₂, and O₂ lines. The project was successfully designed, permitted, and constructed on time and within budget.
