The Ferring Pharmaceuticals project showcases C2 Building Group’s expertise in delivering complex, high-performance pharmaceutical environments. This highly technical build-out consisted of 80% lab and lab support space and 20% office and support areas. The scope included chemistry labs, DMPK, peptide synthesis, tissue culture rooms, NMR, cold rooms, freezers, histology, and general labs, as well as shared offices, conference rooms, and huddle spaces.

C2 successfully delivered ISO 07-rated lab spaces equipped with DI water systems, compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen (N₂), oxygen (O₂), and carbon dioxide (CO₂) piping and equipment. The project also included installation of a cold room and a full mechanical and electrical upgrade with emergency power. This build demonstrates C2 Building Group’s ability to meet stringent technical requirements while providing high-end architectural finishes tailored to the unique needs of pharmaceutical and life science clients.
