C2 Building Group partnered with the building owner to convert an existing office building into a high-performance life science facility, delivering both exterior enhancements and a full single-tenant build-out. Key project features include a state-of-the-art vivarium, a modern storefront system, a 215 kW emergency generator, and a significant electrical service upgrade. The building management system (BMS) was also fully modernized to support life science operations.
