Completed in July 2023 over a 7-month duration, the 14,032 SF PetDx project involved the construction of two state-of-the-art buildings designed to support both lab operations and office functions. The build-out included 15,000 SF of specialized lab and support space, featuring general laboratories, a cold room, shared offices, conference and huddle rooms, and an indoor canine playroom. C2 Building Group also delivered new interior stairs and an outdoor patio space to enhance usability and flow. The project required full mechanical and electrical upgrades, including the installation of a new emergency generator and a 16,000 lb air handler unit. This life sciences facility showcases C2’s expertise in delivering complex, high-performance environments tailored for biotech and veterinary diagnostics.
