C2 Building Group successfully delivered a 55,000 SF tenant improvement project for MediaTek, converting two and a half floors of an existing office building into a state-of-the-art electronics lab and open office space. The build-out featured a 50/50 split between lab and office use, including the installation of five RF chambers across two floors. The office areas were designed with high-end finishes and custom millwork, while the labs required precise technical coordination.

In parallel, C2 completed renovations to three elevator lobbies, which included new tile, lighting sconces, and fresh paint. This work was executed concurrently with a project for Kilroy, requiring careful scheduling and coordination.
