
C2 Building Group is leading the transformation of a 3-building, 115,000 SF campus into a modern life science-ready environment, featuring a 50/50 mix of lab and office spec suites. The reimagined campus includes significant infrastructure upgrades and high-end improvements designed to attract future biotech and research tenants.
Exterior enhancements include new paint, upgraded landscaping, walkways, site lighting, a mechanized shade structure, and a custom mural—all designed to elevate tenant experience. Major MEP upgrades include the addition of two chillers, 400 kW and 200 kW emergency generators with enclosures, new gas service, and increased electrical capacity to support high-demand lab functions. Working around existing tenants, the C2 team managed a complex schedule with multiple scopes—ranging from amenity space and site work to technical lab and office interiors—while maintaining safety, access, and performance. This project is a strong example of C2 Building Group’s ability to deliver integrated, high-impact campus redevelopments for the life science industry.
