Located in the heart of downtown Carlsbad, this project involves the demolition of an existing structure to make way for a new, state-ofthe-art mixed-use development. The three story residential component will feature 23 thoughtfully designed apartment units, each with private patios, while two commercial office suites sit above a concrete podium. Below the podium, ground-level parking accommodates residents and visitors, alongside five retail and restaurant spaces that activate the streetscape. A dedicated pedestrian alley to the north enhances walkability and also functions as a fire lane. Spanning approximately 47,000 SF, this project blends modern living, workplace functionality, and vibrant community spaces.
