When Bay Club purchased Fairbanks Ranch Country Club they trusted C2 to provide the upgrades necessary to meet their new vision for the property. The project featured the addition of a new Olympic size pool, changing rooms, cafe, and fitness center as well as updates to the existing lobby and restaurant. The new pool required relocation of an existing live public sewer main in ground water to allow for the new pool to be built. The team exceeded expectations and delivered the project on time and under budget.

This project had nine different building permits requiring the team to sequence inspections and the work flow to meet Bay Clubs target opening schedules. The team worked well with HGW Architects to provide the needed information to keep the flow of the schedule. This project is a great example of how C2 planned and executed the work to meet the vision for the project.
