C2 Building Group completed a full second-floor renovation at the State Street Commons project in Carlsbad, transforming approximately 10,000 SF into a high-performance creative workspace for a leading video game development division. The buildout included the full installation of specialized infrastructure to support advanced gaming technology, including high-voltage systems. One standout feature was the installation of a custom KONE elevator—complete with a Batman voiceover that added a unique, immersive element to the space.

This dynamic office also included a state-of-the-art preview room designed like a mini movie theater for game testing and reviews, a radius "war room" for collaborative team huddles, and a break room outfitted with high-end appliances to support a modern workplace culture.
