C2 Building Group successfully completed a multi-phase renovation at One Del Mar, designed to refresh and modernize the Class A office campus. Phase one maintained uninterrupted access to the main entrance via the existing ramp, while phase two shifted entry access to newly constructed stairs and included glazing installation over a single weekend to minimize disruption. Additional improvements included demolition and repaving of existing asphalt to preserve access during business hours. The project culminated in the construction of a brand-new first-floor lobby and an upgraded second-story lobby—enhancing both tenant experience and overall property value.
